Mercedes has released the first official details on the SLS AMG, formerly known as the "SLC Gullwing", along with a bunch of high-res images showing the SLS prototype being tested. According to the released info, the SLS will feature a tuned version of AMG's 6.2L V8, putting out 568 hp at 6,800 rpm. With an all-new aluminum space frame, the SLS will have a weight of only 3,571 lbs, which is 300 lbs less than the McLaren SLR. More images after the jump...
